Are you a large company with 50 plus employees located or wanting to relocate near the M5 corridor?
If so, we'd like to hear from you. We are conducting research into valuable employment land opportunities alongside the M5 corridor and it is vital that we have robust evidence and input from the existing business community to identify the right areas to satisfy business demand. It will also help us to make informed decisions for other vital projects such as the proposal to create a northbound and southbound access and exit to Junction 10.
The research is being carried out by Nathaniel, Lichfield and Partners (NLP), one of the UK’s largest independent firms specialising in development planning to provide specialist advice on all aspects of the planning process.
