Gloucestershire will need to innovate more in the next 10 years than it has ever done before to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world. The objective of this new survey is to determine how current organisational activity supports innovation and growth potential within the county.
GFirst LEP have partnered with Growth UnLimited to conduct a survey and the insights will guide the LEP on how we can best support local businesses to embrace innovation and maximise their potential. The aim is to provide a broad overview of key innovation drivers within organisations in the county from which we can highlight points of strength that should be promoted and also areas where further support initiatives can be developed.
GFirst LEP are defining innovation in its widest sense, looking beyond the invention of new products and services to more of a holistic view of organisational innovation in every facet of the organisation.
The survey consists of 58 questions and should take around twenty minutes to complete.
It is imperative to be honest and open-minded when answering. The survey has been designed to challenge perceptions and provoke thought. The survey has been constructed and will be executed in full compliance to GDPR and Data Protection.
The outputs will be presented as an evaluative report on the innovation picture within our region highlighting any identifiable trends.
Each participant will receive a free copy of the report.
