‘Inward Investment’ Team Leader

Gloucester - c £40,000 (dependent on experience)

GFirst LEP are looking for a Team Leader for a new Inward Investment project.

GFirst LEP are looking for an Inward Investment Team Leader to develop the inward investment strategy for the GFirst LEP area, brokering and facilitating the collaboration of key partners in this.  This role will provide leadership and strategic co-ordination to the Inward Investment Team with the key aim to attract new foreign direct investment into Gloucestershire, capitalising upon its unique opportunities.

The successful candidate will have good leadership skills and knowledge relevant to businesses across a variety of sectors and an understanding of the barriers to developing and growing successful enterprises. Previous experience of Inward investment is desirable.

Excellent communication skills are a must and a track record of delivering business engagement activities with a broad range of stakeholders and businesses plus an awareness of political and policy developments affecting businesses

GFirst LEP are looking for an Inward Investment Executive to assist the Inward Investment Team Leader to develop the strategy for the GFirst LEP area, brokering and facilitating the collaboration of key partners in this.  Your key aim will be to help to attract new foreign direct investment into Gloucestershire, capitalising upon its unique opportunities and client manage the businesses through the process of setting up a business in the county.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge relevant to businesses across a variety of sectors and an understanding of the barriers to developing and growing successful enterprises.

Gloucester - c£20,000 pa.  (Dependant on Experience)

GFirst LEP are looking for an Marketing & Administration Assistant to work on a new Inward Investment project.

You’ll be enthusiastic about providing high level administrative tasks to support the Inward Investment Team plus GFirst and Marketing Teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative plus experience of Microsoft packages, website CMS experience, social media and CRM systems with a proven track record of achievements.
