New roles for GFirst LEP team members
We are pleased to share new roles within the GFirst LEP team.

Elizabeth Weaver, former Business Group Manager, is starting a new role as Project Manager for Anchor Institutions at GFirst LEP. Elizabeth will work with Gloucestershire County Council to further partnerships and collaboration with key, influential businesses and organisations that strengthen the local economic, environmental and social aspects of our community, and who will play a vital role in delivering the Levelling Up agenda.
Paul Woodhouse, former Business Navigator, is taking over from Elizabeth as GFirst LEP’s Business Group Manager. GFirst LEP’s Business Groups are the engine room of the LEP; experts in their field who advise on business and economic growth decisions, to help Gloucestershire improve skills, increase innovation and reach our economic potential. The Business Groups represent the voices of key sectors within Gloucestershire, including Cyber, Agri Food and Rural, Construction and Infrastructure, Energy, Retail and High Street and Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing. The role of the independent business voice has been recognised by the government and continues to play an influential role in driving change within the county.
